Anastas Popratiloff, MD, PhD is Adjunct Associate Professor of Anatomy and Regenerative Biology at GW School of Medicine & Health Sciences. The focus of his research is neuronal structure, neuronal networks, and models of major neurological conditions. In conjunction with his role as director of the Center for Microscopy and Image Analysis at GW SMHSMC, he utilizes microscopic imaging and image analysis in his work on synaptic organization and neuronal plasticity.
