Defining Best Practice for Food Integrity Testing with Fera Science

Dr. James Donarski, Head of Food Authenticity at Fera Science Ltd., discusses his involvement with the E.U. funded Food Integrity Project. The project will focus on three areas- Analytical Methods development, the creation of a network of experts, and gap analysis of past and present research. As part of the network of experts, Dr. Donarski will also help to create and publish “opinions” for best practices, methods, and applications of technology in food authenticity verification.
